Margins, inventory and flows for trading companies

Trading comes down to a few points of margin, stock turnover and responsiveness to demanding professional customers. Epure Ops helps merchants and traders track margin deal by deal, buy at the right time and streamline the journey of an order, from quote to delivery.

What makes the difference

What drives a trading company’s performance

Margin tracked per deal

Purchase price, landed costs, discounts and freight matched to each sale, so pricing decisions are fully informed.

Purchasing aligned with demand

Sales history, supplier lead times and seasonality built into replenishment decisions.

Customers served with responsiveness

Availability, delivery lead times and order tracking shared with sales reps and trade counters.

Streamlined document flows

Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices linked without re-keying, including for imports.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Our sales reps grant discounts case by case: can you measure the impact?

Yes. The model matches list price, agreed price and full cost for every line sold, making the effect of discounts visible by customer, sales rep and product family.

Do you include import costs in the margin?

Yes: landed costs, freight, duties and currency effects are allocated to items to arrive at a true cost price.

Where does an assignment start?

With a diagnosis of a few days: interviews with management, purchasing and sales admin, a review of existing data and observation of an order’s journey. It results in a prioritised action plan.

Do you work on site?

Yes, at head office, branches or depots. Epure Ops is based in Geneva, and works throughout France and Switzerland.
