Do we need to replace our ERP to get reliable indicators?
Rarely. We start from your existing data — ERP, MRP, shop-floor files — and build a model that reconciles them. The diagnosis separates data-entry, configuration and tooling questions.
Which tools do you use for dashboards?
Mostly Power BI, or the tool you already have when it meets the need. The data model is documented so your teams can develop it independently.
How does a manufacturing assignment unfold?
It opens with a diagnosis of a few days on site, then moves forward in validated, deliverable stages: data model, indicators, processes. Each stage ends with user training.
Do you work on site?
Yes — time on the shop floor comes before any recommendation. Epure Ops is based in Geneva, and works throughout France and Switzerland.
